Person to person bag transfer can only be done via us , if you transfer your booking with out going through us the new person will not be on the list and therefor be refused at the bag loading time.

We are the official Chase The Sun Logistics partner and have been for a number of years now. We know riding Chase the Sun is hard enough , so let us take care of your logistics. All to often we get emails from riders saying their “help” has fallen through, by then we are full, so book our tried, trusted and reliable service.

If you have Rider Only and would like your bag taken to the finish you can book that right here, if you have booked Rider Plus+ then by default we will take your bag to the events final destination and no action is need with us for those customers.

Bag sizing – oversized bags will not be taken and no refund will be given. Please do not attach anything to you bag , eg , shoes, pumps etc, everything must be INSIDE the bag. If you do not go via these requests then your bag will be refused on the day – no exception.

North – Bag Transfer to Hotel Ayr  

We shall be located outside the event HQ (Premier Inn) from 03:30am ready to take your bag. When booking this service you can roll off to the start line and enjoy the ride , whilst we transfer your bag to the finish line at the Horizon Hotel, Esplanade, Ayr ,KA7 1DT .
