We are the official Chase The Sun Logistics partner and have been for a number of years now.. We know riding Chase the Sun is hard enough , so let us take care of your logistics. All to often we get emails from riders saying their “help” has fallen through, by then we are full, so book our tried, trusted and reliable service.
If you have not booked Rider Plus+ and would like your bag taken to the finish you can book that right here, if you have booked Rider Plus+then by default we will take your bag to the event final destination.
In addition to bike transfer we also offer a bike / coach return transfer for Ireland , North and South , please the south has two locations returns Wandsworth and Chase The Sun HQ South. We have found this to be a very popular service so please book early.
On the Sunday morning it will be time to return home , we know how bike friendly trains are not ! So simply book yourself on the coach and your bike on our trailer back to the start and in the case of CTS South there are two drop off locations – SW London (Big Yellow Storage Wandsworth) as well as return to start HQ.

Bag sizing – oversized bags will not be taken and no refund will be given. Please also note please do not attach anything to you bag , eg , shoes, pumps etc, everything must be IN the bag.

South Bag Transfer
South – Bag Transfer Isle Sheppey > Western-Super-Mare.
We shall be located outside the event HQ from 03:30am ready to load and take your bag to the finish. When booking this service you can roll off to the start line and enjoy the ride , whilst we transfer your bag to the finish .
South Coach return Transfer > Big Yellow Storage Wandsworth London
South – Return Coach/Bike Transfer > Wandsworth London.
We are offering a coach and bike service from Wester-Super-Mare to The Big Yellow Box Storage 100 Garratt Lane, London SW18 4DJ. On the return journey there will be a mid stop at a M4 service station before carrying on our journey. We will be leaving Wester-Super-Mare , 10:00 am prompt. Please ensure your bike is delivered to the trailer by 08:30 enabling us to be loaded and ready to leave when the coach does. We leave at 10:00 and a mid 20 min stop and then onwards , we expect to be @ wandsworth circa 15:00 subject to traffic
South Coach return Transfer > South HQ Start Isle of Sheppey
South – Return Coach/Bike Transfer > HQ Start.
Please note – The South > HQ Coach is now full – BUT we are now filling the coach that will first stop at Wandsworth then go onto the South HQ
We are offering a coach and bike service from Wester-Super-Mare to the South event start line. On the return journey there will be a mid stop at a M4 service station before carrying on our journey. We will be leaving Wester-Super-Mare , 10:00 am prompt. Please ensure your bike is delivered to the trailer by 08:30 enabling it to be loaded and ready to leave when the coach does
We leave at 10:00 and a mid 20 min stop and then onwards , we expect to be @ start HQ circa 16:00 subject to traffic
North Bag Transfer to Hotel Ayr
North – Bag Transfer to Hotel Ayr
We shall be located outside the event HQ (Premier Inn) from 03:30am ready to take your bag. When booking this service you can roll off to the start line and enjoy the ride , whilst we transfer your bag to the finish line at the Horizon Hotel, Esplanade, Ayr ,KA7 1DT .
North Bike and Person transfer to Premier Inn Whitley Bay
North – Bike and Person Return Transfer from Horizon Hotel > The Premier Inn Whitley Bay
We are offering a coach and bike service leaving the finish at Horizon Hotel, Esplanade.Ayr,KA7 1DT , returning to the start of the event at The Premier Inn,Spanish City Plaza,Whitley Bay,NE26 1BG. On the return journey there will be a mid stop for food and toilets. We will be leaving The Horizon Hotel at 10:00 am. Please ensure your bike is delivered to the trailer by 08:30 enabling it to be loaded and ready to leave when the coach does. We leave at 10:00 and a mid 20 min stop and then onwards , we expect to be @ start HQ circa 15:00 – 16:00 subject to traffic.
Ireland Bag Transfer
Ireland – Bag Transfer , Belfast > Enniscrone
We shall be located outside the event HQ Belfast Titanic Hotel, Belfast Docks, BT3 9EP from 03:30am ready to take your bag. When booking this service you can roll off to the start line and enjoy the ride , whilst we transfer your bag to the finish line at Enniscrone.

Ireland – Bike and Person Transfer Enniscrone > Belfast Titanic Docks
We are offering a coach and bike service returning on Sunday morning from the finish at Ocean Sands Hotel, Enniscrone, F26 Y3Y9 and returning to the start at Belfast Titanic Hotel, Belfast Docks, BT3 9EP, we will be leaving Ocean Sands Hotel, Enniscrone, F26 Y3Y9 at 10:00 am prompt. We expect to be back 15:00 > 16:00 subject to traffic
